We are thrilled to share the news that Marina Feric will join the CEGR faculty in Jan 2023.  Dr. Feric is interested in biomolecular condensates in health and disease.  Her investigation of mitochondrial genome assembly via phase separation in Tom Mistelli’s lab at the NCI suggests principles for phase separation in genome organization. Dr. Feric also performed pioneering studies of phase separation in biology as a graduate student in Cliff Brangwynne’s lab at Princeton.
